Many Unlock Keys are based on your your Device Owner Name, HotSync ID, IMEI or Blackberry PIN. If you entered your indentification name/number incorrectly during checkout your key may not work. Please make sure that the capitalisation is correct and that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the name/number. Please let us know the correct device indentification code and we will create a new key for you.

For Clickgamer Own Brand games there are 3 reasons why the Unlock Key will not work ....
1. You made a mistake when typing in the 16 digit code into register screen at clickgamer.com. Please *double check* the code as displayed on the REGISTER screen of your game ?
2. When entering the unlock code ensure you are not mixing up the digit "1" with the letter "l" or the digit "0" with the letter "O". Valid characters for an unlock key are 0 to 9 and a to f *only*.
3. If there is an OK button or ENTER button then click it once you have entered all 10 digits !!
